Viviendo más de 25 años en Chillán, y recorriendo algunos de los lugares de comida más conocidos y populares en la ciudad. Tuve la oportunidad de visitar el nuevo local Abracadabra que tiene no mas de 1 año de vida.
Una cosa interesante es que está al lado de la mítica casa denominada “embrujada” en la calle del Estadio Municipal la que tiene varias historias que rondan en el mito popular de la ciudad. La ambientación está acorde a una guarida de brujas, el que le dá toda una mística especial al lugar.
Tiene un estacionamiento amplio y entras por la casa “embrujada”.
Debo reconocer que hace bastante tiempo tenía ganas de visitar el lugar. En Chillán tiene fama de estar dentro de los más top. Lo importante es que se dio la excusa de una buena celebración para ir al lugar.
De entrada nos llevaron una especie de fondo marino, que contenía camarones ecuatorianos salteados con diferentes verduras todos metidos en un especie de concha gigante que le da la ambientación marina, la concha es masa frita.
Me decidí por comer Cordero a la Francesa como plato de fondo. Debo reconocer que es excelente. El plato se compone de corderas asadas salteadas en vino tinto y papas con una especie de salsa que le daban un toque viscoso que lo hacía extraño pero con un sabor muy bueno. La presentación del plato es buena.

A la atención del local es cordial y cercana, la que en momento llega ser amena ya que el garzon establece buena comunicación y de repente se tira sus tallas. Lo mejor de todo, es que el lugar está lleno de objetos, los cuales tienen su historia, el cual el garzón conoce y te va indicando.
También aprovechando el impulso, me pedí una cerveza de la zona, Toropaire, en su edición Antü Ale y Kelü Ale. Lo bueno, es que el sabor de la Antü Ale me supo a Duvel que es una cerveza que ando a la siga de hace algún tiempo.
Lo que busqué, pero no encontré en la carta, ya que se indicaba afuera, era Jabalí. Bueno, el tema es que eso puede quedar para otra oportunidad.
Al final como bajativo un menta frappe y dos café expresso.
Lo que si no me gustó, que pudo haber sido algo más elaborado, es que con la cuenta te entregan un Old England Tofy.
Hasta el momento, en Chillán, lejos el mejor lugar para ir a comer.
Los precios por personas van de los 12 a 15 mil pesos chilenos (25 a 37 dólares).
