La bebida se compone de los Huesillos, los cuales son duraznos o también conocidos como melocotones secos los que son cocidos en agua con azúcar cual es el jugo. El mote es trigo cocido en agua. De estos ingredientes se hace la bebida la cual se sirve helada.
Una de las cosas que se algo complicado, es escoger dentro de los varios locales -son alrededor de 30-, a raíz de la insistente solicitud de las diferentes mujeres que trabajan en ellos, las cuales tienen una particular forma de hacer invitar a pasar haciendo un ademán con la mano.
