El otro día, después de una reunión de trabajo nos pasamos a almorzar a La Pizza Nostra de Providencia Av. Providencia 1975 un local al que nunca había ido y me habían dicho que las pizzas eran muy buenas, era el momento y escusa perfecta para comprobarlo y de paso anotar una nueva Degustada
Mi elección la Pizza Catania, una rica mescla de Salsa de tomates, Queso Mozzarela, Jamón Acaramelado y un mix de pimentones salteados.
La masa muy rica, sin tanto volumen lo que hace que el porte de la pizza sea ideal y no te revientes con tanta masa y así puedas disfrutar aún más sus ingredientes, la masa es más bien parecia a masa de panqueques.
Para beber un rico jugo natural de Frambuesa, muy linda la presentación que se agradece y más aún su preparación, realmente jugo natural y con la cantidad de ingredientes exactos para mis gustos.
La atención bastante buena y el tiempo de preparación de las pizzas bastante aceptable, no pasaron más de 7 minutos y ya teníamos nuestros platos.
Lo que se agradece es la promoción, después de las 16:00 todos los días puedes comer 2 pizzas por el precio de 1, realmente bueno cuando no se anda con tanto presupuesto, solo hay que atrasar el almuerzo.
