Lamentablemente nosotros llegamos cerca de las 4:30 de la tarde a almorzar y ya no quedaba la gran mayoría de los platos, sólo quedaba Pollo con Agregado o Asado a la Olla esta segunda siendo nuestra elección con acompañamiento de Papas Fritas, de inmediato se sabe que tan bueno es el local si pruebas las Papas Fritas y dejeme decirles que no defraudaron, completa pero completamente naturales y con un corte de lujo como pueden ver en la foto.
El valor es lo mejor un gran plato como este cuesta 2.800 pesos 5 US aproximadamente para el extranjero pero les aseguro que van a quedar absolutamente satisfechos, es una de las caracteristicas del local y aunque nosotros ibamos con la intención de comer una buena Cazuela Chilena, nos fuimos más que satisfechos.
La atención por la hora no fue de las mejores, hay que afinar esto de los horarios de visita de los lugares ya que acá baja puntos el local, como ya había pasado la hora pick muchos estaban limpiando el local o almorzando los garzones, aún así la atención fue más que rápida pero si que estubieran limpiando el piso en otra parte del local no dejaba un buen aroma para almorzar tranquilos. Además mi acompañante de turno mi comensal amigo se le ocurrio ir al baño, todo bien hasta la salida que había una persona pidiendo limosna justo a la salida del baño, esto último también le quita puntos al Score total.
El puntaje final de un máximo de 10 es un 6 para el Restaurant Valdés, lo que sí vayan a la hora de almuerzo tradicional y yo creo que varias de estas cosas por la que nosotros pasamos que quitaron puntos no deberían sufrirlas. El local está ubicado en Maipón 897 justo en toda la Esquina de Maipón y Sargento Aldea.
