Tentado con la idea de probar los Gyros que me habían recomendado unos amigos, fuí especialmente al local Waya’s Gyros en la ciudad de Santiago.
El lugar es el típico donde buscas tu ubicación y pides. La atención: es pide, pagas, te llaman por tu nombre y te llevas la bandeja a tu mesa.
En el local, es muy concurrido, ideal para un almuerzo a la rápida. El tiempo en pedir y que te sirvan no pasa más allá de los 5 minutos.
Bueno, volviendo a la Degustada, mi elección fue un Gyro de cerdo. De primera va da la impresión que vas a quedar con gusto a poco pero al final quedas satisfecho. El sabor es agradable y la presentación buena. Lo que si, al final el estomago queda algo resentido y quedas algo pasado a comida turca.
Lo mejor de todo es el precio, $1.900 (4 USD).
El local está hubicado en Providencia 1049, si los quieres llamar el fono es 2350907. En Concepción en la Plaza Perú se encuentra una sucursal de este local. Sería bueno conocer las experiencias de que tal es allá.
