Hace un tiempo ya, tuve el placer de ir al Restaurant Abracadabra acá en Chillán, digo placer por que la experiencia fue bastante agradable, tanto por el motivo por el que asistí como toda la estadía.
El Mesero muy amable nos hace un recorrido por el local y nos cuenta un poco de la temática, justo en ese momento había una exposición de pinturas en el local de un pintor extranjero que está en nuestra ciudad.
Luego de eso nos decidimos ordenar, una entrada que era una gran Degustada Marina, como pueden apreciar en la foto, eran camarones de entrada salteados con verduras en una concha de masa muy al estilo Wantan de la comida China, muy rica lo que nos hacía prever que los platos que se venían serían simplemente espectaculares.
Mi pedido fue unos filetitos de pollo salteados en una salsa agria y de acompañamiento un salteado de verduras, todo en su punto muy rico, el nombre y el estilo del Restaurant hacen nombre de Comida Fusión, mi plato lo pedí acompañado de un trago, un Primavera sin Alcohol, ya que estaba manejando ese día, el que con el toque de coco en la copa le daba un gustito extra.
El valor es bastante elevado para lo que estamos acostumbrados a pagar en la Ciudad, pero sin duda que lo vale, algo así de $18.000 por persona sale la comida total con trago y entrada incluida, lo bueno es que ese día los bajativos corrieron por cuenta de la casa.

Ahora, vi que tiene variedad en carne como jabalí (siendo el unico que da esa opción, creo) le vamos a dar una segunda oportunidad, al final, todos nos merecemos una.
